If you'd like to request deletion of your data from Matrixx (formerly Andromeda), email privacy@sumdigital.com with your account email address.
We will delete your account data, including any stored OAuth tokens and campaign access records, within 30 days.
Note that ad creatives already published to your Meta Ads account are managed directly in Meta Ads Manager and are not affected by this request.
